Terms & Conditions for “Roll a 6 for a Free Purchase” Promotion
1.Eligibility
1.1 The promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required.
1.2 Employees of I Cycle Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3 This promotion is only available in-store and does not apply to online purchases.
1.4 Purchases made through any Cycle to Work scheme are not eligible for this promotion.
1.5 Participation in this promotion is optional—customers may choose not to take part.
2. How to Participate
2.1 Customers qualify for a dice roll after completing a purchase of any product or service at I Cycle Limited.
2.2 Customers who purchase multiple items in a single transaction may choose:
One dice roll for the entire purchase (winning = a full refund of the total transaction).
One dice roll per item (winning on a single roll = a refund for one item only).
2.3 The dice roll(s) must take place immediately after purchase, in front of a staff member.
2.4 The dice roll must be performed on the tray provided, and the dice must hit at least two different walls of the tray. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a void attempt, and no further rolls will be allowed for that transaction.
2.5 All dice rolls will be digitally recorded for verification purposes.
2.6 If a roll results in a 6, the corresponding refund will be applied.
2.7 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
3. No Purchase Route (Limited to Low-Value Items Only)
3.1 A no-purchase alternative is available but limited to selected low-price goods, as determined by I Cycle Limited.
3.2 Customers may request one free dice roll per day for these designated low-value items, which must be clearly marked in-store.
3.3 Free entry dice rolls must be taken in-store and cannot be carried forward to another day.
4. Marketing & Publicity
4.1 By participating in this promotion, all winners agree to be featured in I Cycle Limited’s marketing and promotional materials.
4.2 This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, social media posts, and in-store displays.
4.3 I Cycle Limited may use the winner’s first name, photo, and details of their winning purchase in promotional content.
4.4 If a winner does not consent to publicity, they forfeit their prize, and no refund will be given.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Each item purchased qualifies for one dice roll, subject to the customer’s choice of rolling once for the full purchase or rolling once per item.
5.2 The result of the dice roll is final, and no re-rolls or disputes will be accepted.
5.3 Refunds apply only to the item(s) purchased in the qualifying transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
5.4 This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
6. Promotion Duration
6.1 The promotion runs from Monday, March 17, to Monday, April 18, 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at the discretion of I Cycle Limited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 I Cycle Limited is not responsible for any technical errors, tampering, or unforeseen circumstances that affect the promotion.
7.2 By participating, customers agree that I Cycle Limited holds no liability for any loss or damages resulting from the promotion.
8. Changes & Termination
8.1 I Cycle Limited reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
